Subscribed to service but canceled 15 minutes later. Spoke to representative who assured me my $594 would be refunded.2weeks later funds not returned.

Called again, Agent tells me that plan is non-refundable!!

After some exchange of words I agreed to accept partial refund of $495 rather than complete loss.

They advertise one price charge you another price.

Before you confirm your purchase they charge your account. I call them immediately then they tell me I will be charged a $99.00 cancellation fee.

They suck! Totally bogus operation and they are now ripping me off by $120/no for nothing- services non exist and my bank won't reverse the charges.

I was led to believe the monthly cost would be $125. Now I am informed that the medication will be an additional charge.

When I gave my information to you and you right away took the money, I realized it was food you were sending. Well, I canceled my order and subscriptions, or at least I tried to.

Please give me a refund for I don't want the food, and I have not received anything. I'm an honest person, and I'm sorry for putting my info in there, but I did it before thinking.

Cancel current order for $198. Deceptive advertising. $198 is for consultation only, not for the Ozempic.

It's a totally misleading program. They make you sign up, and then the medications are extra per month.

When I canceled, they kept like $135 of the refund.

Call the Better Business Bureau on them.

Still waiting on the refund, 5 to 10 business days. I believe it's a hoax.

I spoke with a doctor and was told that I did not qualify for injections and she said she would make sure to inform for a refund. That was ten days ago and I would very much like to have my money returned! Thank you!

Well after using AI virtual assistant I thought I would never get help. I found a phone number and was so pleased.

My phone call was 100% successful!. I didn't get to say thank you because the call dropped or something but I did receive an e mail so everything went well.
