Medication
I filled out the medication refill form last Friday and didnt get any kind of acknowledgment that it was on its way so I called again yesterday and the man helped me said that he was doing it on his end went over everything with me and said that the medication would be coming soon. However, I got another email this morning that said I needed to fill out another medication refill form!
Every time I fill out a medication refill form they automatically deduct $400 from my account and Im not doing that again. I cant afford it. Ive already paid in Dec.
2025 and havent received my medication yet. I need to maintain the same medication order I had in November 2025 and have it sent to me, now!
Now, Im going to be over two weeks without medication waiting for this issue to be resolved.

Paid $59 for 10 months but can't connect for an appointment. My app will not allow me to make an appointment, and when I tried to call, the number for customer service diverts me someplace else to chat or to do the survey.

Verified ReviewerMisleading information in their ad. They make you pay for a membership, but make it sound like you’re paying for the actual injections.
They told me it would cost $495 for six months, and they made it sound like you were paying for the injections. However, this is a membership fee, but you don’t find that out until after you give them your credit card information.
Then it’s like 200 and something dollars a month.
I can’t afford this. I tried to call them, and the phone number just gets disconnected.

This company refuses to refund my money even though I am unable to take the medication prescribed. I think they may be selling drugs before they pass the FDA.
I cannot be sure. I am not sure they have actual qualified 'clinicians' seeing patients. The medicine made me horribly sick, and I ended up with a kidney infection. I plan on alerting the AMA for investigation.
They ignore my email asking for the physical address so that I could sue them.
That being said, no legitimate company would keep their location a secret. In my opinion, and anyone else with connected brain cells, this company is a fraud and their intention is to con the desperate people who want to lose weight.

I want it noted that I don't want the doctor's appointment, so I don't want to be charged for that. I don't require the service you have.
There was a miscommunication; I thought I was just taking a free appointment. I've tried to contact all the numbers on your site and got nowhere; I got nowhere with your AI. This is very frustrating.
Can you please just refund me? I have received no services from you, nor do I require any, so before anything is done, can you please refund me?

User's recommendation: Be 100% about wanting this I don't know if a person goes all the way through even if you get the medication but I know that if you have any troubles at all most of the numbers go to non-active or non-usable numbers one of them is a 800 123**** like really That's your 800 number and the only workable one usually gets a responsive no one is available to talk. Well also the AI does nothing but spit out dates for the doctor's appointment that you already know about but doesn't talk to you or communicate anything about any other issues basically shuts down after it spits out a prompted message.

I should not have to "Investigate" to get an address. Why would NOBODY from the 619 area code tell me?
After all, it is not a secret??? I realize I could have used the internet find out what area the 619 area code was in, but why should i? I am the customer that has paid thousands of dollars to a company that put my health at risk. It's funny that the company ignores my emails and will only respond in a public forum.
They are nothing but con artists taking full advantage of the most vulnerable. i will report it even if I have to contact the FDA mysef. They couldn't have possibly known what was going on as they only requested blood work once, months ago.
They prescribed Zofran for my stomach, without even knowing the cause. I now have a severe kidney infection.
My comment is no longer here. I simply said it was easy to find the address and phone to attempt to contact them.
If you want to fold your arms and stomp your feet and say “Why should I have look?” that falls on you. Your complaint was about contacting them. I’m not with that company.
I answered you as to where to look. Debating whether you should have to look or not doesn’t advance your cause.
