I had signed up on this to find out about G-Plans and no reply from you too? How does this all work? I’m very disappointed with G plans as no one returns with response to my questions and they switched my plan without my knowledge to a free plan as I was willing to pay especially for the medicine

Don't bother, I canceled with G-Plans when I was unable to schedule an appointment with a doctor. I was available and ready for the appointment I first scheduled, but never received a call. I canceled IMMEDIATELY the same day and I just found out my FSA card was charged for the medication I never ordered! I have never spoken to any of their physicians, so a prescription should've never been prescribed let alone ordered. In my opinion they are a scam.
