G-Plan,
I had a subscription with G-Plan, which ended several months ago. Now the weight is coming back.
Does G-Plan have a 6-month tripeptide 10mg-4mg/ml vial plan that is affordable? The meds work very well; it's just my bad habits that are causing my weight to return. Now I know how to keep it off with the vial injection of tripeptide. My A1C and high blood pressure have been wonderful.
My doctor at the VA hospital has been very happy with my health.
I wish G-Plan medical accepted my Medicare/Tricare for Life health care plan.

Hi I had a great experience and was able to solve the issue quickly! Bryan was very helpful.
I couldnt find the customer service number online.
This was the only site I could get it on. This pissed customer site.

Then on April 1, money was withdrawn from my bank account again.
It took a long time to find the phone number to contact them, but I finally got through to the person working at the service center. They said it would take a week to ten days to get my money back, so I had no choice but to wait.
Having g proble..with App
Have been with gplans for a while, the app always has problems, their "new" program is misleading. I decided I am done and was able.to.find better app and Dr. for better price!

I requested this subscription be canceled on March 4th 2025. You never cancelled and have continued to withdraw $139.00 monthly from my account. I need this to be cacelled immediately and i expect full reimbursement for all the funds tou have withdrawn from me.

Requested refund/cancellation of $594 payment within minutes of placing order. Spoke to a rep who assured me my payment would be refunded.
That was on 4-4-25; I have not received anything as of 4-16-25. I don't have a name for the person I spoke with, and my bank says I need to contact them to get it straight.

They are basically absolutely criminals I call over and over if they do answer the phone they put me on hold for 20 minutes and hang up after about 9 or 10 calls I might get a human on the phone it's been 2 months since my last medication was shipped they cannot give me a tracking number or any updates. I want to switch providers but I want to get what I paid for before I quit
I called 17 times, waited 20 minutes each time, and then I was disconnected. On the 18th call at the 12-minute mark, someone picked up and said they would handle it - they would find out where it is and get back to me. That was a week ago. I still have not heard anything.
I have actually been trying to deal with this for a month. Every three days, they send me an email, saying they have not heard from me, so they consider my problem resolved. Nothing ever happens. I actually want to cancel, but I've already paid for medication and I'm trying to get that.
One person says they can't find anything, the next person will send me an email saying they are going to handle it, the next person says it's already been shipped and delivered, but none of them can give me a tracking number or where it is or anything like that.
It seems to be just a complete scam. I have received medication from them in the past, so I guess it is not, but at this point, they have just taken my money and will not contact me and tell me what is going on.
